Blascovitch

Biography :

Blascovitch is a Russian officer who was stationed in East Germany in the late 1970s. He defected to join Cordo’s project. He brought the technology to create agents with superhuman powers. Unlike the other Triumvirate members, he does not seem bothered by metaphysical issues. He is a hedonist who loves fine food, alcohol and women.
