Richard Krugger
Biography :
Richard Krugger is Victor’s brother. After an administrative reorganization, he took on the leadership for Krugger Corp., the firm that serves as a front for the Consortium, carrying out most of its illegal operations. He is more accommodating than his brother and therefore maintains better relationships with other Consortium members.
