

Markham is a British citizen with a cool, dispassionate personality, who served his country in one of the branches of the secret service. He was the very first to be recruited by Cordo, but he paid a high price for his support of Cordo’s agenda. He is a member of the Triumvirate, the group of members who work most closely with the Black Orchestra’s director. While he shares the director’s goals, Markham also seems to have other motives that he keeps to himself.
